Payments
Invoices are payable according to the agreed schedule. Third-party charges and advertising spend are excluded unless expressly stated.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licences are governed by the relevant agreement. ZedQ retains ownership of reusable tools, methods and pre-existing materials; clients retain rights to materials they supply.
WebCare
WebCare websites are provided as a managed subscription. Hosting, maintenance, included updates, minimum commitment, acceptable use, suspension, termination and buyout are governed by the selected plan and signed agreement.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as stated in the applicable agreement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
