Eligibility
A buyout may be requested after the applicable minimum commitment has been completed and all invoices and other obligations are settled.
What may be transferred
The transfer may include the client-specific website files, database and agreed content. Third-party licences, proprietary ZedQ tools, subscriptions and non-transferable services are excluded.
Buyout price
The applicable price depends on the selected plan, website scope, additional development and timing. The written quotation supplied at the time of request is authoritative.
Handover
After payment, ZedQ will provide the agreed transfer package or assist with migration. Future hosting, security, maintenance and support are not included unless separately purchased.
